In response to Cee’s Photography Which Way Challenge tag.
Today, let us take a walk across Cavenagh Bridge, the oldest bridge over the Singapore River. The Cavenagh Bridge charms city-dwellers with its British colonial architecture nestled amongst modern high-rise buildings.
I hold this bridge in a particular place in my heart because I had to cross it to get to Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall to attend my favourite drama at least once a year. I would cross the bridge with good friends and cross back again (to return home) with sweet memories from the play.
On the day that I took this photo, I saw many young school children being led over the bridge by their kind and attentive teacher. There is always tourist and school organised learning journeys to the Cavenagh Bridge due to its historical significance.
Do you attend drama, plays, or musicals? If yes, which is the most memorable one? If no, what discourages you from it?

To answer your question. No really. What keeps me away – having to drive to the city more than anything.
Awesome which way photo. 😀

Hahaha! True that these theatres and halls are in the city. Same for me. I always have to live with the long rides home at 11pm after the drama ends.

Also not really. Parking is such a pain, and driving there isn’t great, especially at night. I prefer to go out for a meal with friends, because you can chat. 🙂

Ah, yes. Agree with the point on chit-chat. I like to round off my day at the theatres with some drinks with friends too. Though, time is usually really tight when a play ends at 10pm. Everybody feels tired by then.
